Collection Criteria
We review collections of all sizes; however, if your collection primarily consists of items valued at $25 or less, we respectfully decline. Given the current market conditions, the costs associated with selling such items—including fees for selling, promotion, shipping materials, and time—make it challenging for us to proceed.
For collections featuring higher-value or rare items, we are eager to work with you. Please follow the steps outlined below to get an offer.
1. Collection Size & Quality
- Size: We accept collections ranging from 30 to 5,000 pieces. Exceptions can be made for high-end items.
- Condition: We only purchase items that are free from smoke, nicotine damage, and unpleasant odors. Please disclose any damage to your Funko Pops. If any items are damaged and not disclosed, we reserve the right to adjust our offer or decline the item.
2. How to Get an Offer
- Google Form: Fill out our submission form to provide detailed information about your collection.

It will help both of us save time and speed the process up. Still proceed with filling out the form and you can always send additional pictures to support@aimeninc.com.
3. Valuation & Pricing
- Pricing Range: We offer 30% to 60% of the market value for items valued over $10 each, depending on rarity, condition, and exclusivity. Items valued under $10 will have a different pricing structure. Please email us for specific details.
- Valuation Sources: We use recent sales data from platforms like eBay to determine your collection’s value. We do not use PPG or similar pricing guides.
4. Response Time
- Offer Review: Our offer process can take between 2-5 days depending on the size of the collection and current inventory. We carefully evaluate each collection to ensure a fair offer.
- Acceptance: Once we provide an offer, please respond within 7 days. If we don’t hear back within this period, the offer may no longer be valid.
5. Locations & Shipping
- Local Pickup: We purchase collections in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Shipping: If you’re not local, you can ship your collection to us. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Upon receipt, we will inspect your items within 1-2 business days and provide immediate payment. If any items differ from our expectations in terms of condition or authenticity (e.g., fake Funko Pops), we will return them at no additional cost. After handling over 20,000 Funko Pops, we have encountered many situations, and this process helps us ensure a smooth transaction.
6. Payment
- Preferred Method: We prefer to pay via PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, let us know your preferred payment method, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
7. Important Notes
- No Changes: Once we’ve made an offer, the collection cannot be modified (added to or removed from). Ensure your collection is final before submitting.
- Market Fluctuations: Due to changing market conditions, our offer is based on the items received and inspected. Prices may vary based on current trends.
